In Just 30 Minutes, Over The Phone,

Visible Results Happen!

Scheduled coaching sessions offers you the benefit of regular, ongoing support that can be arranged at a time convenient for you.  I schedule regular sessions during the first three weeks of each month (unless you choose the Premium package, which includes four sessions per month). Our first session (after your FREE sample session) will be 60 minutes. After that sessions will be 30, 45, or 60 minutes, depending on what package you choose. There is no commute time! You simply call (905) 709-5918 promptly at your scheduled time. Thus the magic begins!

Imagine Coaching...

Imagine a relationship with someone who is totally curious about your dreams and aspirations, what makes you tick, what you value, what you are most passionate about in your life a person who takes these threads of your unique personality and shows you how to weave them more effectively into the fabric of your life.

Imagine someone who will hold you accountable and keep you moving forward toward your dreams and goals. A person who is there while you work on the mechanisms of your life handing you the tools, holding the light, so you can see what needs to be done and have both hands free to do it.

Imagine what it would be like if someone knew your values and life purpose and was holding you true to them  someone who would hold the flag and at the top of the hill, encouraging you press on, someone who celebrates your victories and help you learn from your setbacks.

Imagine a relationship with someone who will absolutely tell you the truth  the truth about where you are strong, for example, and where you sell yourself short. Someone who sees how big you can be and constantly holds that big image for you even when you can't hold it for yourself.

Imagine a relationship where you finally break free of those self-limiting conversations you've been having over the years - where now the voices of defeat and sabotage are simply noticed for what they are and the powerful part of you is always encouraged.

Imagine someone who listens to you without judgement and without their own agenda.

Imagine you get to talk to this person every week, even when you've just made a mess of things or when you've had a great success. This is the place you visit regularly and consistently - to consolidate, to integrate, and to push on. Everybody has conversations like this once in a while. The advantage of being in a coaching relationship is that it happens regularly. The coach is there, waiting for them, trained to make the most out of each interaction.

Imagine a partner in navigating the river of life. As your life flows during this relationship there will be fast periods of onrushing, white water progress. But there will also be times of going nowhere, being stuck in job eddies, relationship whirlpools, and backsliding into treacherous pools. There will be days of still waters and days of terrifying rapids: there will be flooding and there will be drought. The coach will notice, point out, and be with you wherever you are in the process. The coach will encourage and support, provide companionship around the rocks, escort you through the dark waters of failure, as well celebrate your skill and success at navigating the difficult passages.

Imagine the coaching relationship in your life.

Imagine what you could do.

Imagine who you could become.
